COVID-19 UPDATES

First of all, we hope you and your family are safe and well. We are offering both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Please carefully review the below general guidelines, or the more detailed list of COVID-19 Guidelines we have implemented. We look forward to providing the best care for you while remaining diligent to maintain the health and safety of both our patients and staff.

If you would like start vision therapy, please schedule a Binocular Vision Evaluation and submit this form. If you would like to schedule your annual comprehensive exam or need to renew your contact lens prescription, please book online.  

 

  • If you or a family member have a fever, symptoms, or have had contact with another person with confirmed COVID-19 recently, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.

  • Please expect to have your temperature taken by a non-contact forehead thermometer prior to entering the waiting room.

​

  • Only patients may enter the office for their appointment except for minors and those requiring a caregiver.

​

  • Face masks are required to enter the office. 

​

  • ​Our doctors’ schedules have been modified in order to maximize social distancing.

Patient safety

  • Frequently touched surfaces and exam equipment will be thoroughly sanitized after each patient.

​

  • All worn frames will be disinfected before returning to the shelves for display.

​

  • Frame selections, adjustments, order pick-ups will be by appointment only. We offer curbside dispensing as well.

​

  • All contact lens orders will be directly shipped to your preferred address.

​

  • As much as possible, our doctors are happy to provide telehealth options to address your eye care needs and continue with follow up visits.
