While masks are no longer required, you are welcome to wear one and you may find our staff and doctors wearing them for your protection.

In order to accommodate patients that are waiting for appointments, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

​

Patients who no show, cancel, or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee. The fee is $200 for Binocular Vision Evaluation / Myopia Control Evaluation / Visual Perceptual Skills Assessment, $50 for Eye Exam, and a forfeited session for pre-scheduled Vision Therapy.
